Silicon carbide micropowders are primarily graded at 1200# and 1500#, and because they are mainly used in the abrasive industry, their classification imposes stringent requirements: no oversized particles should be present. To meet both international and domestic product specifications, manufacturers typically employ JZF classification equipment for high‑precision grading. In China, silicon carbide micropowders are predominantly black silicon carbide and green silicon carbide grades.
 
　　The main standards for silicon carbide micron powder include the Chinese national standard, the Japanese industrial standard, and the European standard. On the domestic market, the Chinese and Japanese standards are dominant, while for exports, the Japanese standard is predominant.
