Shandong Qingzhou Micro Powder Co., Ltd. (Qingzhou Yuxin Ceramic Materials Co., Ltd.) is an outward oriented enterprise that produces and sells silicon carbide micro powder series products, with self operated import and export rights. Qingzhou Yuxin Ceramic Materials Co., Ltd. was recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2022. At present, the annual production of silicon carbide micro powder is over 5000 tons.
The company was established in 1995 with a registered capital of 19.8 million yuan and covers an area of 100000 square meters. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of fine ceramic materials. The product is mainly used for silicon carbide products produced by reaction sintering (RBSiC) process, recrystallization (RSiC) process, and pressureless sintering (SSiC) process. Such as semiconductor grade ceramic products, high-temperature kiln furniture such as shed boards, square beams, nozzles used under high temperature conditions, heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant mechanical seals, various electric heating ceramics, silicon carbon rods, various valve body components and bulletproof inserts, as well as high-speed rail brake pads made of silicon carbide reinforced aluminum matrix composite materials.
In terms of high-temperature filtration and purification applications, DPF made of SiC micro powder is an essential component for new automotive exhaust purification treatment, with broad application prospects. In addition, it is also used in various conductive coatings, wear-resistant coatings, various ship coatings, etc.  
The company has a domestically advanced high-purity fine ceramic silicon carbide micro powder production line, a high standard laboratory, and a fine ceramic engineering technology research center. It can conduct comprehensive and systematic analysis and testing of silicon carbide powder, and continuously develop and innovate new products and processes.  
The "High Performance Silicon Carbide Micropowder for Ceramics" independently developed by Shandong Qingzhou Micropowder Co., Ltd. was included in the 2006 National High tech Export Product R&D Fund Support Project. The "High Purity Fine Silicon Carbide Micropowder for Ceramics" independently developed by Qingzhou Micropowder was awarded the "National Key New Product" certificate by five national ministries and commissions. The products of Shandong Qingzhou Micro Powder Co., Ltd. were awarded the title of "Shandong Famous Brand" in 2010, and the "FMT" trademark was recognized as a "Shandong Famous Trademark" in 2011. Our "Recrystallized Ceramic Silicon Carbide Ultra fine Powder" was supported by the Small and Medium sized Enterprise Technology Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Shandong Qingzhou Micro Powder Co., Ltd. won the second prize of Weifang Science and Technology Progress Award in 2013.
